Coahoma High School seniors Rance Redden and Isaiah Eleda made the cut to the elite Texas Army National Guard and Texas High School Coaches Association Academic All-State football team.
Redden and Eleda were named to the honorable mention list for their academic achievements while also being standout athletes.
“Isaiah and Rance are well deserving of this honor,” said Chris Joslin, CHS head football coach. “What this shows is these two gentlemen take care of business in the classroom. It’s our real reason to be in education.”
Selection to the Texas Army National Guard and THSCA Academic All-State Football team is based on GPS, class rank, and overall ACT/SAT scores.
