The Coahoma Bulldogettes showed off their defensive capabilities during a scrimmage with Greenwood on Tuesday night.
Alexcia Munoz started in the circle for Coahoma. She struck out 11 batters over five innings and gave up only one run. Makayla Calvio stepped in as pitcher for the second round. She allowed only two hits and one run over six innings.
On offense, the Coahoma big batters went to work. Seven Bulldogettes recorded hits, which led to eight runs over the evening.
