📌 Proof of Residency (Utility Bill or other Proof of Residency to Admin Bldg)
📄State Birth Certificate (🚫not the hospital issued certificate with the footprints)
💳 Social Security Card
💉 Immunization Records
🪪Parent Driver’s License
Requirements:
• Kindergarten: Must be 5 years old by September 1. Transfer requests will not be processed until June 1.
• Pre-K: Must live in the district and be 4 years old by September 1. No transfers will be taken. For other qualifications, please see the Pre-K Qualifying Guidelines graphic posted below.
